A Compassionate Beacon for Neurological Support
Our Story
Neuro Gateway Support Network was founded from real-life experience of navigating the challenges of neurological conditions and the systems that surround them.
After supporting a close family member through Alzheimer’s and dementia, we saw first hand how complex, overwhelming, and fragmented services can be. From diagnosis through to ongoing care, we found ourselves acting as advocates, coordinators, and decision makers, often without clear guidance or support.
We also recognised this was not unique to our experience. Many families face the same challenges: not knowing where to turn, struggling to access services, and feeling alone during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
With combined experience in health and social care, safeguarding, and legal systems, we created Neuro Gateway Support Network to bridge that gap.
Our aim is simple: to ensure no individual or family feels lost when trying to navigate support.

Our Mission
Our mission is to provide clear, accessible, and compassionate guidance to individuals and families affected by neurological conditions.
We are committed to helping people understand their situation, navigate complex health and social care systems, and access the support they are entitled to.
Through structured guidance, advocacy support, and effective signposting, we aim to empower individuals to make informed decisions, promote independence, and improve overall wellbeing.
We do not replace existing services—we help people find their way through them.

Our Values
Compassion
We approach every individual with empathy, understanding, and respect. We recognise the emotional and practical challenges people face and provide support in a way that feels human and supportive.
Clarity
We believe that people deserve clear, honest, and accessible information. We break down complex systems into understandable steps, helping individuals feel more in control.
Integrity
We act with honesty, transparency, and professionalism in everything we do. Trust is at the core of our work.
Empowerment
We support individuals to make informed decisions and advocate for themselves or their loved ones. Our goal is to build confidence, not dependency.
Collaboration
We work alongside other organisations and services to ensure individuals receive the best possible support. We believe better outcomes come from working together.
Safeguarding First
The safety and wellbeing of individuals is our priority. We act promptly and responsibly where concerns arise.
